You have
questions...
we have answers

WHEN DOES IT BEGIN?

The runway is clear.

The building is identified. Partnerships are in place. The agreement of sale with the Borough of Kennett Square is in final negotiation.

We are raising $2 million by the end of 2026 to close the deal and begin renovation.

Construction is targeted to begin Spring 2027.

This is the moment. And you can be a part of it.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

For everyone who loves this place — and everyone who is just discovering it.

For the family who has lived on these streets for generations, who want their grandchildren to grow up with live music and theater around the corner. For the farmer and the estate owner who has watched this region change and wants to make sure its soul stays intact. For the newcomer who chose Kennett Square because they felt something here the moment they arrived — and want to put down roots in something that lasts.

For the teenager discovering a stage for the first time. For the retiree who wants to try acting for the first time. All of us will have a front-row seat to something extraordinary.

The Hub is built for a community that is growing — and committed to growing together. All ages. All backgrounds. Financially accessible. Rooted in this place and built to thrive here for generations to come.

WHY IT MATTERS

What a performing arts venue does for a town like ours:

Kennett Square is already a destination. The Hub will make it a cultural destination that preserves cultures and promotes arts — one that draws visitors, elevates local artists, generates economic energy, and gives our community a gathering place that generations will call their own.

This is how small towns with big hearts facing growth and transition will continue to be places people never want to leave.
